Blue Tower, also known as the HHHR Tower, is a supertall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The construction of the 72-floor, 1,040-foot building started in 2006 and was completed in 2010. Designed by the architect Al Hashemi, the building is residential, and its side usages are commercial. Blue Tower is the second tallest building in Dubai and the fourth tallest residential building in the world.
